An integrated remediation programme spanning ten balconies, front fences and the building façade.
The residential complex needed attention across several connected elements: widespread balcony spalling, deteriorating front fences and a façade requiring remediation. Coordinated access across occupied units shaped the programme.
Balcony concrete repairs, steel treatment and reinstatement were combined with fence restoration and a façade upgrade. Staging allowed building access to be maintained while the different work areas were addressed.
