Spalling concrete and deteriorating steel affected stair structures across multiple levels. As an active thoroughfare, the staircase called for a repair sequence that kept residents’ access at the centre of the work.
A considered response.
Targeted repairs addressed damaged concrete and deteriorated reinforcement before affected sections were reinstated. Work was staged to keep at least one access point operational throughout the project.
